Content on this website is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Research Products

Research peptides and related compounds offered in the catalog are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not for human consumption. By purchasing, you acknowledge this restriction.

Clinical Services

Clinician-guided services (including compounded GLP-1s and hormone optimization) are provided by licensed medical professionals. Eligibility and prescriptions are determined solely by those clinicians. PepStep does not itself practice medicine.

Membership

Membership benefits and pricing are as described on the Membership page. Fees are generally non-refundable once the membership period begins, except as required by law or at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepStep Guide and Research and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Clinical services and licensed clinicians

Clinician-guided services offered through this website (including evaluation for compounded GLP-1 medications and hormone optimization when available) are provided by independently licensed clinicians in the OpenLoop Health network. PepStep Guide and Research does not practice medicine. Eligibility, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are made only by licensed clinicians after appropriate evaluation. OpenLoop’s provider pool includes nurse practitioners and physicians; this site refers to them as licensed clinicians or licensed providers.

Pharmacy Partners

Compounded medications that a licensed clinician may prescribe, when clinically appropriate, may be dispensed by one of the following pharmacy partners. PepStep Guide and Research is not the compounder. Pharmacy selection depends on product, destination state, and clinician order.

Currently offering services in all 50 states plus Washington D.C. Some services may not be available in all 50 states or Washington D.C. Subject to change.

Compounded medications

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient pursuant to a clinician’s prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. This website does not claim that compounded medications are FDA-approved, safe, or clinically proven.

By using clinician-guided services you must review and agree to OpenLoop Health’s Telehealth Consent, available at openloophealth.com/telehealth-consent-agreement.
