Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from within the United States. Research Peptide Membership members receive free 2-day shipping and shipping protection as part of their membership benefits. Standard shipping times and rates for non-members are displayed at checkout.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier performance. PepStep is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs (where applicable).

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The following return and refund rules apply to research peptide and related product orders:

Eligible for Full Refund

• Unconstituted (unreconstituted) products — Eligible for a full refund.
• Unopened packages — Any unopened packages are eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@pepstepguide.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been reconstituted (mixed with bacteriostatic water or other diluent)
• Opened packages (unless otherwise required by law)
• Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership period has begun, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in cases of documented error. Please contact support if you have a concern about a membership charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if possible. We will work promptly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
