Memberships

You may request cancellation of a PepStep membership by emailing info@pepstepguide.com. Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership period has begun, except where required by law or as otherwise stated in the Terms of Service.

Research peptide orders

Return and refund rules for research-use peptide orders are described on our Shipping & Returns page (unconstituted and unopened items as listed there).

Clinician-prescribed compounded medications

Prescription products dispensed by a pharmacy partner are subject to that pharmacy’s and OpenLoop’s applicable cancellation and refund rules, state law, and whether the product has left the pharmacy. Contact info@pepstepguide.com and we will direct the request. Compounded medications cannot always be restocked.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email info@pepstepguide.com with your name, order or membership reference, and reason. We will respond in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.

Have counsel replace this page with OpenLoop’s exact cancellation/refund paste if they supplied different wording.
