GLPs – Clinician-Guided Support
Membership access with licensed clinician evaluation
Access to compounded GLP-1 medications is available through membership and requires evaluation by a licensed clinician.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They are not generic versions of, or the same as, any FDA-approved drug. Your licensed clinician determines whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you.
Your Clinical Path to GLPs
Injectable or oral compounded GLP options follow the same clinician-guided process.

Clinicians retain final prescribing authority. Not everyone will qualify. Injectable and oral options are determined with your clinician based on medical judgment and availability.
The assessment made available on the PepStep Guide and Research website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and PepStep Guide and Research. OpenLoop Health, a network of US-licensed clinicians, has established exclusionary criteria to determine if an individual does not qualify for GLP-1s. The answers an individual provides to the PepStep Guide and Research assessment consequently determine if the individual is screened out of eligibility for GLP-1 medication, and an OpenLoop Health clinician will review each individual's intake after checkout to determine if they qualify for a prescription, followed by a live follow-up visit with bloodwork in month 2. OpenLoop Health clinicians retain the decision to prescribe compounded GLP-1s to patients.
All claims and benefits on this website refer to self-reported data from GLP-1 customers on a treatment plan that includes compounded GLP-1 medications and consultations with licensed clinicians. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They are not generic versions of, or the same as, any FDA-approved drug. Your licensed clinician determines whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you.
